CLIENT ONBOARDING

You're in. Here's exactly
what happens next.

This form is the build. Every question below maps to something that will stall your system if it's missing — so grab a coffee, give it 15 honest minutes, and we take it from there. Custom request? Pick "Custom / something else" and skip ahead.

01 / Today

You fill this out

Then we file your carrier registration for business texting — first, because it's the slowest step and out of our hands once filed.

02 / Days 1–5

We build

Call routing, text-back, follow-ups, review engine, your lead pipeline — built and tested on our own phones.

03 / 1–2 weeks

Carrier approval clears

The part nobody can speed up. We tell you the day it lands — and we've been building the whole time.

04 / Go live

We test together

Real calls, on the phone with you, before anything touches a customer. Then it's on — and watched all week.

If we need anything from you along the way, we'll text — not email. Watch for (678) 993-7172 and save it.

Part 0What are we building?

Pick the service you've purchased (or the one we agreed on your call). The form shows only the questions that matter for it.

One promise before you start We will never ask for your passwords. Anywhere this form mentions account access, we send you a secure invite from that platform (Google Manager invite, Meta Business Suite, registrar delegation) — you stay the owner of everything, always.
Part 1Business basics
Part 2 · Missed-Call Rescue / Front DeskCarrier registration — the slow part, filed first

Why we need this: to legally text your customers from a business number in the US, your business has to be registered with the phone carriers. It takes 1–2 weeks and it's the longest step, so we file it on day one. Wrong details are the #1 cause of rejection — that's why we ask for the exact paperwork instead of what you remember.

Carriers check your website and reject registrations without a privacy policy and consent line. If you answered "No" or "Not sure": we'll add both to your site free before we file — we just need access. No website at all? We'll set up a compliant one-page site at no charge, because registration won't pass without one.
I understand carrier registration for business texting takes 1–2 weeks, can require resubmission, and that Insom builds during that time.

Part 6The review engine
Heads up — how the review ask worksGoogle now enforces its ban on only asking happy customers for reviews — businesses lost hundreds of reviews in the 2026 sweeps. So every customer gets the same review request, no screening. It's the compliant way and it's also just better: unhappy people mostly don't bother posting, and when they do, we make sure your reply makes you look good.

Website buildThe kickoff sheet

We write all the copy from a one-hour recorded interview, so you never have to "send us some text." This sheet is the prep — rough answers are perfect.

If a happy customer appears on camera, they sign a one-paragraph consent note on your phone first — we bring it. And we only use commercially licensed music, so nothing gets muted or struck.

Odd jobs, extras, one-offs, "can you also…" — this is the right box. We reply with honest feasibility and a fixed number in writing. If it changes scope mid-build, we reach out before anything is billed.

Expect a text from (678) 993-7172 confirming we got it — usually same day. That's a real cell; save it and text it anytime.
